Shipping policy

Please note that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Please note that there can be a potential delay due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

The shipping rates will depend on the weight of the product and destinations.  Certain products and destinations will be eligible for free shipping. The same will be displayed at checkout. 

Please note that the shipment is given to the courier agency, who we assume will be insuring the transit. In case of any issue like consignment not reaching, damaged product, missing products, we will check the same with shipping agency.   We can help in resolving the issue, but it will solely be between you and transporter.  

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to certain countries. Please check with us prior to placing your order, for list of countries where we can ship. The list may vary from time to time. Hence kindly contact us prior to placing your order. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
